About Me

 Hi, I’m Andrew Beyer, I grew up in Richmond, Virginia, attended Benedictine College Preparatory, and am now pursuing a Communication Studies degree with an Organizational Communication concentration at James Madison University, graduating in 2025. My academic and professional experiences have helped me develop strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills that I apply in both business settings and everyday life.

I’ve gained hands-on experience in commercial and residential real estate through internships at Commonwealth Commercial Partners and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, where I worked on financial analysis, market research, and client engagement. My background also includes roles in hospitality at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, as well as entrepreneurial experience in landscaping, where I learned the importance of initiative and customer service.

Outside of work, I value teamwork, connection, and personal growth. I enjoy spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends, and playing sports. Whether analyzing business opportunities, collaborating on projects, or finding new challenges to tackle, I approach everything with a driven, team-oriented mindset.
